James is Write Label's CEO and has been with the company since its inception. In his prior role as Chief Strategy Officer, he oversaw strategic partnerships, sales, and business development and helped architect all of Write Label's largest enterprise deals. James has a passion for the intersection of community building, creative services, and technology and views future growth and opportunity through that lens. When not clocking hours on Zoom from our LA offices, James spends his time with his amazing wife, Sarah, and two young children, Bash and Rumi.

Chief Operating Officer

Marissa Siefkes leads Write Label's operations. Her passion for building and scaling disruptive start-ups began at Georgetown University, where she launched the first student-run social entrepreneurship training program and venture incubator in the U.S. An advisor and leader of growing impact companies, Marissa has operationalized strategy across AgTech, food, and education. In addition to her love of process optimization, Marissa is passionate about healthy living. As an urban farming aficionado, health coach, and olive oil connoisseur, she’s happy to help you learn to grow -- and enjoy -- your veggies.

Chief Product Officer

For more than 20 years, Jason has created award-winning experiences for international retailers, life-saving medical facilities, credible sports halls of fame, and tons of Internet ephemera. He brings all of that experience and a user-centric design discipline to his work at Write Label, along with his homemade sourdough bread.

Chief Technology Officer

Over the last two decades, Vlad Levitsky held various roles in financial technology before diving into eCommerce. Vlad has previously built teams and managed delivery of high availability and performance software products at WorldCo/PTJP, Citco Fund Services, Dexia Financial Product Services, and Jet.com. In layman’s terms, he’s very good at what he does. Not one to skip a gym day -- our CTO can beat up your CTO.

Executive Creative Director

Maria Wojciechowski (or Wojo, as no one here calls her) is a writer, comedian, and faux-influencer. She’s performed in countless comedy festivals, including New York Comedy Festival, HBO’s Women in Comedy Festival, and SF Sketchfest, where her scripted podcast was selected for development through Audible’s Pitch Program. As the Director of Editorial, Maria works with clients to understand their creative needs and oversees our writers and editors, ensuring Write Label produces high-quality content. Maria makes her father proud by correcting people’s grammar every day.

Operations Coordinator

Charm Agustin is a seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience providing operational support, during which time she has honed her data reporting, research, and process management skills. At Write Label, Charm works across all departments, ensuring smooth processes and empowering teams to make data-based decisions. Outside of work, Charm enjoys spending quality time with her family and traveling. She cherishes her role as a mom to her two daughters, who bring her much joy.

AI Specialist

Dylan Elliott is the AI specialist at Write Label. A proud North Carolina native, Dylan comes from a background in journalism, language education, and computational linguistics. Since receiving his MA in linguistics from the University of North Carolina, he has worked in many different areas of applied linguistics. He is a self-proclaimed computer and language nerd obsessed with how we can use technology to solve real-world problems and improve people’s lives. In his free time, Dylan enjoys video games, history, music, hiking, and reading. He also boasts an ever-expanding collection of rare old books and hopes that if he keeps buying enough dusty old tomes, he will eventually find a treasure map.

VP, Sales

Matthew Garzilli is the VP, Sales, bringing fifteen years of sales and marketing experience in the broadcast, digital, and social media industries. With over a decade of experience writing and designing copy for his clients, he knows outstanding creative strategy is critical to any successful advertising campaign. Matt is an avid sports fan and enjoys watching films and television shows from across the globe.

Managing Editor

Zenobia Harris began her career at Write Label as a copywriter before joining the creative team as an editor. A graduate of Valdosta State University (Go Blazers!) with a B.F.A. in Mass Media, she has worked as a freelance content creator, writing SEO-friendly blog articles, social media posts, web copy, and more. In her free time, Zenobia enjoys painting, creative writing, drawing, baking, binge-watching her favorite comedies, and hanging out with her dog and two cats -- who love her, she swears.

Lead Product Designer

Robert Irish has been a web and product designer for seventeen years, with experience working on countless projects in consumer goods, e-commerce, social, government, and EdTech. When designing, Robert tries to remember that he's designing for living, breathing humans and that he's one, too. Like other humans, Robert is complex. For example, he has no problem being on stage but hates going to parties. Robert has a legion of hobbies and projects, such as self-publishing and illustrating a young reader's book series, assembling Harry Potter LEGO sets, and growing his collection of used Apple products.

Creative Manager

Ana Jácome is a copywriter and copy editor with almost ten years of experience in advertising, working with brands like INFINITI, Chocomilk, Fly Across, El Palacio de Hierro, American Express, and more. She began her career in Mexico in traditional media and has enjoyed the transition into digital communication. She loves learning new digital channels, from social media to Google Ads, from strategy to implementation. Ana is a huge fan of process and teamwork. She loves writing short stories and poetry, watching horror movies, and listening to rock and metal music. Whenever Ana needs a break from the digital world, she can be found embroidering, hiking, or spending time with her cats.

Customer Success & Operations Associate

Charlene Miclat is a dedicated customer service and human resource specialist with over 13 years of experience. At Write Label, Charlene leverages her expertise to manage all client-related matters and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless experience with exceptional service. Charlene is committed to delivering outstanding support and fostering strong client relationships. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and reading and is always eager to explore new recipes and dive into a good book.

Lead Front End Engineer

Brandon Silva is the longest-serving member of the engineering team and has been a key creative and technical force on the Write Label team for several years. He’s an avid gamer, but when it comes to front end development, Brandon is not playing.
